Divine Guardian LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Tucker, GA. Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
